Co-Founder/President; Matt Prieur created M.P.H. Promotions in 2005, his own Motorsports Public Relations company along with his wife, Elaine Prieur.

The 34-year-old (On July 24, 2008), worked for the ASA Late Model Series form 2005-2008, performed the multiple roles of Director of Media/Public Relations as well as P.A. Announcer for all four divisions within the Lexington, Michigan based series.
Over his tenure with the ASALMS, Prieur was the series Webmaster maintaining all three ASALMS websites with duties including news content, driver profiles, points, race previews, race recaps, photo galleries, posting team press releases, race event information, entry forms, entries, and historical information.
In addition to his Public Announcing duties on race day, the 33-year-old (Soon to be 34 on July 24, 2008) also set-up the tower on race days by getting the computer equipment and transponder scoring system up to par with each tracks' individual requirements.
Once the tower was complete, the 19-year Announcing veteran would then conduct all Drivers, Crew Chiefs, and Spotters Meetings while also serving a role in Tech with regards to Decals and Patches that teams were required to have. In addition, conducting all Pre-Race Ceremony activity with regards to dignitaries and V.I.P.'s before Driver Introductions.
In addition to those numerous tasks, he also was instrumental in providing the "ASALMS LIVE" Feature with race day updates from each facility throughout each and every race weekend for those fans who couldn't make it out to an event.
The "ASALMS LIVE" feature was complete with Practice, Qualifying, and Race Results from every race weekend along-with Photos from former ASALMS Photographer, the late Bob Milner, and continuing on with current ASALMS Photographer, Chuck Gonzalez.
Prieur went to the ASA Late Models Series after having worked at the Owosso (MI) Speedway from 2001-2004 as the Director of Media Relations/P.A. Announcer for the Ovid, Michigan speed plant.
He also filled in for three events at his home track of Owosso during the 2005 season. In addition to Owosso, Prieur worked in the same capacity in 2003-2004 at the Tri-City (MI) Motor Speedway in Auburn, Michigan.
Prior to his stints at Owosso and Tri-City, Prieur, who was born and raised in Flint, Michigan, had worked for the old ASA National Tour filling in for the ASA AC-Delco Challenge Series in 1996 as the P.A. Announcer for three events.
The first was during the 1996 Florida Speedweeks at the USA (FL) International Speedway in Lakeland, Florida. The remaining two shows were both in the Buckeye State at the Toledo (OH) Speedway in Toledo, Ohio, and the Columbus (OH) Motor Speedway in Columbus, Ohio.
From 1994-1997, Prieur was the Director of Media Relations/P.A. Announcer for the now defunct Iceman Super Car Series while also performing the same duties for the series home base of the Toledo (OH) Speedway.
During a career that began in 1989 at just 15 years old, Prieur also has worked in various capacities at the Auto City (MI) Speedway, most recently during the 2000 season, and the Dixie (MI) Motor Speedway most recently during the 2000 and 2001 seasons.
Over the years, Prieur has also called the action in a wide variety of traveling series' throughout the Midwest including; ARCA Lincoln Welders Truck Series, Auto Value Super Sprints, Michigan Legends Series, O'Reilly Auto Parts USA Modifieds Series, the Short Track Trucks.com Challenge Series, and so many more....
The Great Lakes State native is married to the former Elaine (Morence) Kelley as they exchanged vows on November 5, 2005 on the front stretch of the Music City (TN) Motorplex in Nashville, Tennessee. The wedding took place during the 23rd annual All-American 400 Weekend at the historic Tennessee State Fairgrounds oval.
Elaine has Three Children (Zach-26, Jeremy-24, and Ryan-21) from a previous marraige while Matt has no children of his own. Together Elaine and Matt have Four Grand-Children (Mikayla-5, Corbin-5, Hunter-4, and Lilly-2)
